The CO₂ infraredanalyser uses non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) spectroscopy to measure the concentration of carbon dioxide in a gas. It works by detecting the absorption of specific wavelengths by CO₂ molecules. The ZFP9 infrared CO2analyser enables precise, reliable measurement of CO2 concentration in agricultural, industrial, laboratory and HVAC systems.

The ZFP9 non-dispersive infrared gasanalyser is dedicated to the analysis ofCO2 concentration in air. Air analysis is performed using a non-dispersive infrared sensor (NDIR sensor). This enables the ZFP9 to accurately measureCO2 concentration.
Thanks to its standard alarm functions (high and low limit), it can also be used as a control element.
The measured value is displayed directly on the indicator and sent to the analog output (4 to 20mA) included in the standard model.
Our CO₂ analysers offer a reliable and accurate solution for monitoring air and environmental quality in a wide range of sectors.
Thanks to their advanced technology, they can measure, monitor and regulate carbon dioxide levels to optimize performance, safety and productivity.
Our CO₂analysers are distinguished by their cutting-edge technology and reliability in all operating conditions.
Designed to meet the needs of professionals inhorticulture, building ventilation and controlled-atmosphere storage, they combine precision, robustness and ease of maintenance.
Operating principle NDIR
Theanalyser is based on the single-beam NDIR principle, a proven method for measuring gas concentrations. The device uses an infrared source to emit a beam of light through ambient air containing CO2. A detector then measures the amount of light absorbed by the CO2, enabling precise concentration determination.
Extended Measurement Scales
With a measurement range from 0 to 20%, theanalyser offers flexibility for a variety of applications, from domestic to demanding industrial environments.
Reliability and precision
Exceptional repeatability of ≤ ±1% ensures reliable, consistent measurements. What's more, zero drift is maintained at ≤ ±10% for a period of 6 months, guaranteeing long-term stability of results.
Fast Response Time
The fast response time of ≤ 10 seconds enables real-time monitoring, which is crucial in environments where variations in CO2 levels need to be detected quickly.
Advanced Sampling System
Equipped with an extraction pump and filter, theanalyser ensures efficient sampling of ambient gas. This guarantees accurate measurement even in environments where air composition may vary.
Adaptability to supply voltage
Available in versions suitable for 100 V, 115 V, 200 V or 230 V AC supply voltages, theanalyser can be easily integrated into various infrastructures.
Compact dimensions and light weight
With dimensions of 220 (W) x 257 (H) x 85 (D) mm and a weight of around 3 kg, theanalyser offers a compact, lightweight solution, making it easy to integrate into a variety of spaces and configurations.
