Manifold for pressure transmitter

FCX series pressure transmitters can be fitted with a manifold block to isolate the sensor from the pressure measurement, to calibrate the pressure probe and to purge the liquid or gas.

Manifolds can be supplied directly mounted on transmitters or as accessories.
If the manifold is mounted on the transmitter, the leak test and calibration operation are carried out on the assembly.

We offer a range of manifolds from 1 to 5 channels.

1 to 5-way manifold range

1-channel manifold for relative or absolute pressure transmitter

1-channel manifold

The 1-channel manifold is supplied with calibration fitting, plug and integrated drain.

The connection on the transmitter is 1/2"-14 NPT male and the process connection (customer side) is 1/2"-14 NPT female.

The manifold can be mounted directly on our FKP gauge pressure and FKH absolute pressure transmitters or on the oval flange of other Fuji Electric pressure transmitters.

Maximum operating pressure 414 bar (6000 PSI).

2-way manifold for absolute or gauge pressure transmitter

2-way manifold

2-way manifold for direct mounting, supplied with PTFE seal and screws.

The 2 valves (isolation and bleed) are located on the body of the manifold block and can be used up to 414 bar (6000 PSI).

This manifold can be fitted to gauge pressure transmitters (FKG ) and absolutepressure transmitters (FKA).

The process connection is 1/2" NPT female.
Several mounting types available to suit your application.

3-way manifold for differential pressure transmitter

3-way manifold

Alternative 3-way manifold solution with the advantage of more space for process connections and the possibility of 2 additional drains (1/4"-18 NPT).

Process connections 1/2"-14 NPT female. Maximum operating pressure 414 bar (6000 PSI).

Supplied with 2 PTFE seals and mounting hardware.
The 2 isolation valves (HP & BP side) are located on the sides of the block, and the balancing valve on the top.

Several variants of 3-way manifolds are available for mounting on FCX series differential and flowpressure transmitters (FKC) (direct mounting on oval transmitter flanges or flange/flange mounting).

5-way manifold for differential pressure transmitter

5-way manifold

This model is also used on our FCX series differential and flowpressure transmitters (FKC).

It features 2 bleed valves, an in-line balancing valve on top of the block and 2 isolation valves (HP & BP side) on the sides.

Maximum pressure 414 bar (6000 PSI).

Process connections 1/2"-14 NPT female.

Supplied with 2 PTFE seals and mounting hardware.
