An NDIR infrared gas analyser is a device used to measure the concentration of certain gases. Using NDIR (Non-Dispersive Infrared) technology, this analyser detects gases by selective absorption of infrared light, enabling precise control, essential for continuous monitoring of pollutant emissions and industrial processes.
Their QAL1 certification guarantees high performance and compliance with regulations and standards. Reliable and precise, their quality design guarantees 24/24 operation in harsh environments such as industrial chimney fumes.
Their robustness reduces maintenance costs and increases boiler and equipment availability.
Extractive measurement involves taking a gas stream from the stack or gas line via a sampling probe, and routing it to the gasanalyser .
The gas is sampled and treated to ensure optimum conditions for gas analysis.

Infrared multi-gas analysers detection principle
In non-dispersive infrared spectroscopy, the mass flow meter determines the amount of infrared light absorbed by the measuring cell.
Mass flow meter :
It converts infrared light absorption into an electrical signal.
Excellent noise immunity thanks to low-impedance sensor.
The absence of moving parts makes theanalyser particularly resistant to vibration.

Specifications
Exceptional repeatability Exceptional repeatability is assured with an accuracy of up to ± 0.5% of full scale (FS). For ranges below 50 ppm, repeatability remains outstanding with an accuracy of ± 1% FS.
Precise linearity The infraredanalyser maintains precise linearity with a maximum tolerance of ± 1% PE, ensuring constant correlation between measured concentration and actual value.
Zero stability Zero drift is minimized with a maximum variation of ± 1% FS per week. Even for ranges below 50-200 ppm, zero stability remains remarkable, with a drift of only ± 2% FS.
Scale stability Scale drift is also controlled, with a maximum variation of ± 2% PE per week, ensuring consistent measurements.
Fast Response Time The gasanalyser displays high reactivity with a fast response time of ≤ 60 seconds to reach 90% of the measured concentration.
Versatile outputs and inputs Analog outputs: 4-20 mAdc or 0-1 Vdc outputs, up to 12 points, offer maximum flexibility in connectivity. Contact inputs: Dry contact inputs allow remote control, including scale change, auto-calibration start, hold measurement, average reset, and pump start/stop.
