The M2000 electromagnetic flowmeter is a state-of-the-art solution for bi-directional liquid flow measurement, simultaneously displaying flow rate, totalization and alarm messages on a four-line backlit LCD screen.
The M2000 converter is one of the best solutions for bidirectional liquid flow measurement of liquids with conductivities > 5 μS/cm (> 20 μS/cm for demineralized water). Its 4-line backlit LCD display simultaneously shows measured flow rate, totalization and all information, including alarm messages.
The M2000 electromagnetic flowmeter features a current output, 4 programmable logic outputs and various communication interfaces as standard. Powerful internal self-test functions enable continuous diagnostics of the converter and associated sleeve, as well as safe operation.

Power Supply and Energy Options
With a power supply range from 85 to 265 VAC at 45-65 Hz, requiring less than 20 VA, this flowmeter offers exceptional adaptability to different power sources. In addition, it offers a power supply option from 9 to 36 VDC, making it a versatile solution for a variety of industrial environments.
Multiple outputs for easy integration
The flowmeter features an analog output from 0/4 to 20 mA, with an output impedance of less than 800 ohms. For even greater integration, two logic/frequency outputs are available, offering maximum flexibility with active or passive options, as well as SSRs for specific applications.

Logic output functions include min/max alarms, preselection, flow direction indication and error messages, providing detailed control and real-time feedback on flow conditions.
Reliable Empty Tube Detection and Intuitive Programming
Empty tube detection is provided by a separate electrode, ensuring maximum reliability even in difficult conditions. Flowmeter programming is simplified thanks to three front-panel keys, providing easy access to advanced functions.
Versatile interface for maximum connectivity
To meet modern connectivity requirements, the flowmeter offers a variety of interfaces, from RS232 Modbus® RTU as standard to options such as RS485 Modbus® RTU, M-Bus, HART™, and Profibus-DP. This guarantees easy integration with existing industrial control systems.
Extended Measuring Range and Exceptional Accuracy
With a measurement range from 0.03 to 12 m/s, the flowmeter guarantees complete coverage of industrial requirements. Accuracy is maintained at >= 0.5 m/s, offering unrivalled reliability in a variety of application scenarios.

The flowmeter is housed in a robust cast aluminum case, with IP67 protection, making it suitable for a wide range of environmental conditions. The backlit graphic LCD display offers optimum visibility, showing current flow rate, two totalizers and system status.

With M20 cable glands for power supply and outputs, and a well-protected sensor cable, the flowmeter is designed to withstand ambient temperatures ranging from -20°C to +60°C.
