Reliable
Fuji Electric's ATEX in-situ oxygenanalyser offers an advanced, reliable solution for accurate measurement of oxygen levels in non-combustible gas mixtures. Designed for diverse applications such as refinery process heat generation, petrochemical reactor furnaces and large combustion plants, this analyser meets the most stringent requirements of industrial environments.
Operating principle and Certification
The heart of this gasanalyser is an in-situ zirconia sensor, ensuring exceptional accuracy in oxygen measurement. Certified to stringent standards, the probe is certified II2G Ex d IIB+H2 T3 Gb (Ta : -20 °C to +60 °C) LCIE 13 ATEX 3045X IECEx LCIE 13.0027X and the zirconia sensor is certified II2G Ex d IIC T5 Gb (Ta : -20 °C to +55 °C) LCIE 13 ATEX 3066X.
Gas Pressure and Measurement Scales
Theanalyser allows flexible measurement ranges from 0 to 2% up to 50% vol. oxygen, all user-configurable. What's more, the measurement gas pressure range varies from -3 to +3 kPa (-306 to +306 mmH2O), offering adaptability to the specific conditions of each application.
Performance and Reliability
Exceptional repeatability of ≤ ± 0.5% FS and linearity of ≤ ± 2% FS testify to theanalyser's consistent reliability. The fast response time, between 4 and 7 seconds to reach 90% of response, ensures real-time measurement and efficient responsiveness to changes.
Advanced Outputs and Communications
The Fuji Oxygenanalyser offers a variety of outputs and communications, with a 4-20 mAdc or 0-1 Vdc analog output, as well as RS-485 communication using Modbus® protocol. Contact outputs include 6 points, with SPST-NO contacts for functions such as high/low limit alarm, maintenance in progress, purge in progress, calibration in progress, andanalyser faults.
Options and Advanced Functions
In addition to its standard performance, theanalyser offers optional advanced functions such as combustion efficiency display, cleaning, automatic calibration, selector valve and flowmeter, providing greater flexibility to meet the specific needs of each application.
Installation and power supply
Installation of the controller is simplified with panel mounting, and the cable length between controller and detector can be up to 50 meters. Power can be supplied at 100-120 Vac or 200-240 Vac, at a frequency of 50/60 Hz, ensuring worldwide compatibility.
