Design gas analysis systems and gasanalyser cabinets for industrial applications. Measure and analyze gases in real time to ensure safety, environmental compliance andprocess efficiency. With solutions tailored to your specific needs, ensure accurate and reliable monitoring of gas measurements.
A gas analysis system is much more than just a gas analyser . Indeed, the gas analysers integrated into their system can be compared to the eyes within the human body.
Eyes need blood, a heart and nerves linked to a brain... Similarly, to perform a high-performance gas analysis, the gasanalyser requires a complete gas analysis solution.
We design and manufacture the tool to define it precisely: the turnkey gas analysis solution.
We answer these questions every day, so that we can design theright tool for your application.
The answers form the skeleton of the gas analysis solution we design specifically for your needs. We design the tool: the hardware part of the gas analysis system. But this tool is for the operators. That's where the interface comes in.
Our experts not only design the analytical solution to meet your needs, but also its brain.
It's the controller and the software that make the gas analysis system turnkey:
Fuji Electric France's Solutions Department designs gasanalysers systems and solutions for use in non-explosive and explosive areas.
Convivial
Reliable
Secure
Easy
The analysis system adapted to industrial processes and their environment is the tool.
But we offer you much more than just a tool.
We share with you a turnkey project that requires :
Our sales engineers and gas analysers experts are in charge. They study the customer's requirements, the installation, the characteristics of your processes and determine the choice of technology and types of gas analysers , the appropriate cabinet and modules for gas measurement.
Following the pre-study, the design engineers come into play and develop the gas analysis system. At this stage, the project engineer assumes overall responsibility and becomes your key contact.
We communicate seamlessly. We share your process knowledge and our instrumentation experience with a common goal: to develop the ideal solution as defined during the pre-study phase.
We offer factory acceptance testing, either in person or remotely.
The FAT factory acceptance test is an opportunity for your engineers to take part in the final acceptance and testing of your enclosures, either in our on-site factory, or remotely via our Remote FAT Professional Onlive solution.
Remotely, we carry out these final tests, in visual collaboration with your engineers.
We then take care of packaging and delivery with trusted forwarding agents for over 20 years. And our engineers will commission your gas analysers cabinets at the customer's site.
After commissioning, turnkey gas analysers cabinets are immediately ready for use, and you're already enjoying the safety benefits of an optimized process.
Last but not least, our technicians will continue to provide qualified, responsive support for the maintenance of this equipment over the years.
Our after-sales service team offers maintenance contracts and manages the day-to-day technical support and maintenance of your analysis systems.
In short, we bring you the services of a :
More than just supplying gasanalyser , you can rely on a multidisciplinary team of experts to ensure smooth, professional control throughout the turnkey project.
This depends on a number of parameters, such as :
Our integrated analytical systems are usually ready between 10 and 16 weeks after the order or kick-off meeting. But most importantly: we stick to the schedule - for you and for us.
This question is also often asked, and rightly so.
And the answer is never obvious.
Here again, there are many parameters to take into account, such as :
Let's take an example:
A telling illustration of the complexities involved in determining measurement accuracy is that of a continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) in Europe. Today, these systems are extremely important for preserving our natural heritage, our health and that of future generations, and for maintaining a sustainable climate.
The performance of these systems is logically controlled by a very strict quality process. The first level of the quality process is called QAL1 (Quality Assurance Level 1).
It is the culmination of a long and complex testing protocol in the laboratory and then on industrial sites.
These tests are carried out by theGerman TÜV institute.
After a year and a half of testing and measurement, CEMS is certified QAL1. Each component can then be assigned an uncertainty level as defined by this process.
To find out more about how continuous emission monitoring systems should be selected and operated, see the FEDENE practical guide co-written by Fuji Electric France.
With Fuji Electric analysis systems, your process is precisely controlled. Measurement accuracy is guaranteed, so your plant's performance and safety are also ensured.
However, this strange substance runs in the veins of all Fuji Electric teams. Does "Japanese quality" shine through here? I'm sure it does. But in addition to the legendary rigor of our employees, Fuji Electric France benefits from 25 years of experience, offering our customers the most reliable solutions for the most demanding markets.
These include the environment and energy, including the most demanding nuclear applications.
With Fuji Electric analytical solutions, you benefit from the highest levels of design, manufacturing, testing and service quality.
Your gas analysis system is designed and manufactured in our technical center in Clermont-Ferrand (France).
You will be in contact with the engineers who are directly in charge of and manage these certification projects from the Fuji Electric France technical center in Clermont-Ferrand (France).
