The TIME DELTA-C Extended ultrasonic flowmeter for liquids offers installation without piping work, while providing a quick and easy solution for collecting reliable data for network analysis.
This fixed-mount ultrasonic flowmeter consists of one or two transducers mounted on the pipe (DN 13 to 6000 mm depending on the transducer) and a remote-mounted digital converter.
Flow velocity can be bidirectional and vary from -32 to +32 m/s.
Its installation requires no piping work and therefore no plant shutdown, so you can easily collect and analyze fast, reliable measurements to sectorize your networks and reveal areas of high consumption.

This feature reduces the total cost of ownership compared to using 2 single-channel assemblies.
It is possible to display and copy to 2 4-20mA outputs the two flow rates measured, or the average, sum or difference of the two flow rates (MATH module on CH3).
A TOTAL function is available for each of the 3 channels CH1, CH2 and CH3.
The 2-chord measuring system provides greater precision in the following cases:
In addition to flow measurement, this function calculates and displays heat output (MJ/h, MBTU/h, KWh, MWh etc.) and energy consumed (MJ, BTU, KW, MWh etc.).
Adaptability to a wide range of fluids
This ultrasonic flowmeter is specifically designed for homogeneous liquids that allow ultrasonic waves to propagate. From service water to oil, wastewater, industrial water, seawater, pure water, irrigation water and many others, it offers exceptional versatility for a wide range of industrial applications.
Advanced Ultrasonic Measurement
Using the transit time difference measurement method, this flowmeter offers advanced functionality with a 1 or 2-channel measurement option. The FSVE_A12-L model offers two independent measurement channels, while the FSVE_B12-L model combines a 2-channel measurement channel with energy calculation, providing flexible options for a variety of applications.
Flexibility in Pipe Selection
The flowmeter can be adapted to various types of piping with different mountings:
All the above detectors are compatible with plastic (PVC, etc.) or metal (stainless steel, steel, copper, aluminum, etc.) materials.
This variety of mounting options allows flexible installation in a wide range of industrial environments.
Measurement range
With a measurement range from 0 to ±0.3 to ±32 m/s, the flowmeter guarantees complete coverage of all requirements, from low flow rates to high flow velocities.
Precision and responsiveness
The flowmeter offers exceptional accuracy of ±1% of speed, with a fast response time of 0.2 seconds in high-speed mode. These features enable reliable measurement even under changing conditions.
Adaptability to environmental conditions
With a converter operating temperature range from -20°C to +55°C and a sensor temperature range from -20°C to +60°C...80°C, this flowmeter withstands climatic variations and operates reliably in demanding industrial environments.
Versatile Outputs and Advanced Communication
The flowmeter offers a 4-20 mA DC analog output (1 point), an open collector contact output with 4 points for totalizing, alarms, etc., and a total pulse output ranging from 1 Imp./day to 100 Imp./sec. RS-485 serial communication (MODBUS) is also available as an option.
Intuitive user interface
Equipped with a 2-line, 16-digit LCD display with backlighting, the flowmeter provides clear data visualization. The 4-button keypad (ESC, up, shift, enter) makes it easy to interact with the flowmeter.
Robust power supply and protection
Powered by 100-240 V AC, 50/60 Hz, the flowmeter incorporates a durable aluminum alloy housing, offering IP67 protection. It can be wall- or pipe-mounted for flexible installation.
Compact dimensions and extended storage
Compact, with dimensions of H240 x W247 x D134 mm, the flowmeter integrates easily into various industrial environments. The 512 MB SD memory card enables measurements to be stored over an extended period.
Advanced options for customized needs
The flowmeter offers advanced features including adjustable damping time, totalizer display, zero adjustment, bi-directional flow measurement, and much more. A printer version is also available, allowing screen copy, periodic log generation and archived data printing.
