Measurable components
The continuous emissions monitoring system can measure a wide range of components, including CO, CO₂, NOx, N₂O, SO₂, NH₃, HCl, CH₄, O₂, and H₂O, as well as pressure, temperature, flow rate, and dust content.
Innovative measurement principles
Measurement principles vary depending on the components. For CO, CO₂, NOx, N₂O, SO₂, and CH₄, non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) is used. O₂ is measured using zirconia, paramagnetic, or electrochemical technology, while NH₃, HCl, and H₂O are measured using laser technology. Particulate matter is quantified using LED optical scattering.
Flow measurement is performed using a Microventuri, but other methods are available as options. Pressure is measured by a capacitive sensor, and temperature is measured using a PT100 probe.
Speed and reliability
Response time is impressive, with less than 200 seconds for NDIR technologies and less than 5 seconds for the laser. This guarantees rapid detection of changes in the atmosphere.
Intuitive user interface
Equipped with a 10″ touchscreen, the system uses the Fuji CEMS Manager v7 software module, offering an intuitive user interface for monitoring and managing data.
Advanced connectivity and extended options
The system features standard Modbus® TCP/IP connectivity, with options such as 4-20 mA, Profibus, Modbus® RTU, Internet/GSM (FBOX). Outputs and contact inputs allow extensive customization of alarms and functions.
