The FRENIC-Ace E3 Three-Phase is a high-performance variable-frequency drive designed for demanding industrial applications that require precision, ruggedness, and flexibility. This new generation succeeds the FRENIC-Ace E2 by enhancing motor control capabilities while retaining the compact design and ease of integration that characterize the product line.
Compatible with 200 V and 400 V three-phase networks, it covers a wide range of power ratings and is available in several versions tailored to the specific needs of industrial installations: standard version, model with integrated EMC filter, finless version for special environments, and variant with integrated Ethernet communication. Its compact design allows for optimized installation in electrical cabinets thanks to the side-by-side mounting of the drives.
The FRENIC-Ace E3 Three-Phase stands out for its advanced control performance. Its dynamic vector control ensures excellent motor control across the entire operating range, including at low speeds where maintaining torque is essential. Its maximum output frequency of 599 Hz is suitable for high-speed applications, while the rotor orientation function provides an effective solution for equipment requiring precise positioning or synchronization.
Designed to integrate easily into modern automation architectures, it features a dedicated RS-485 port and supports numerous industrial communication interfaces, including EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, and Modbus TCP. Its expandability via optional cards, combined with advanced onboard logic functions, enables it to meet the demands of complex machines. Finally, the TP-A2SW Bluetooth keyboard and built-in monitoring tools simplify maintenance and help maximize the uptime of industrial facilities.
