Features

Adaptability to various fluids

The FSS is designed to measure homogeneous liquids capable of propagating ultrasonic waves, including service water, waste water, industrial water, seawater, pure water, irrigation water, oil and many others. This versatility makes it ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.

Ultrasonic Transit Time Difference Measurement

The FSS uses a single-channel transit time difference ultrasonic measurement method, guaranteeing optimum accuracy even under variable conditions.

Sensor and piping selection

The FSS offers different sensor options depending on the type of installation, external diameter and pipe material:

All three sensors work with plastic (PVC, etc.) or metal (stainless steel, steel, copper, aluminum, etc.) materials.

Please note that the FSSC sensor must be selected for the following pipes:

Range and Accuracy

The FSS offers a measurement range from 0 to ±0.3...±10 m/s with exceptional accuracy of ±1.0% of velocity (for flow velocities ≥2 m/s).

Operating temperature and response time

The sensor operates over a wide temperature range:

With a rapid response time of 0.2 seconds in high-speed mode, the FSS offers optimum responsiveness in dynamic conditions.

Outings and Communication

The FSS offers a variety of outings for easy integration:

Display and power supply

Featuring a 2-line, 16-digit backlit LCD display, the FSS offers a user-friendly interface with a 4-key keypad. Powered by 100-240 V AC, 50/60 Hz, or 20-30 V DC, it provides a stable power supply.

Converter box and mounting

The ABS resin converter housing provides IP65 protection, withstanding harsh industrial environments. It can be wall- or tube-mounted, offering installation flexibility.

Compact dimensions

The converter features compact dimensions of H140 x L130 x D70 mm, optimizing installation space.
