High gauge pressure measurement
Fields of application
Designed for pressure monitoring in critical industrial applications such as oil & gas, cryogenics, hydraulic presses and test benches.
Features
The FKR gauge pressure transmitter is specially designed for industrial applications requiring reliable and accurate measurement of very high pressures, up to 70 MPa, i.e. 700 bar, 70,000 kPa or approx. 10,152 psi. Thanks to its piezoresistive silicon transducer and digital processing electronics, it offers excellent long-term stability and outstanding accuracy. It meets the most stringent safety requirements (SIL2/SIL3) and integrates easily into control systems thanks to its 4-20 mA output with HART™ protocol. Robust and adaptable, it is perfectly suited to harsh environments and critical processes under high stress, notably in hydrogen production systems, industrial hydraulic presses, plastic injection machines, supercritical steam plants, hydrotreating or hydrocracking units, hydraulic control of subsea valves, high-pressure cryogenics, high-pressure systems in civil nuclear power and CO₂ storage and distribution.
