Features
The FKR pressure transmitter with gold plating, from Fuji Electric's FCX-AIV series, is specially designed for demanding high-pressure hydrogen environments. It incorporates an Inconel® 625 membrane coated with a thin layer of gold, offering excellent chemical inertness against H₂. This coating significantly reduces membrane permeation and hydrogen embrittlement phenomena, preserving the sensor's mechanical integrity over time. This chemical robustness enables reliable use in critical applications such as compression, cryogenic storage or filling stations. Equipped with a silicon piezoresistive transducer and digital signal processing, it guarantees accurate, stable and long-lasting gauge pressure measurement, even under the most severe conditions.
