Fields of application
The gauge pressure transmitter FKP measures the pressure of a gas or liquid relative to atmospheric pressure, and can be used in industrial processes such as the oil and gas industry, the chemical industry, power generation and water treatment.
Features
FKP direct-mount pressure transmitters in the FCX-AIV family accurately measure gauge pressure and convert it into a directly proportional 4-20 mA output signal. The heart of the measuring element is a micro-capacitive silicon transducer that has proven its worth in the process industry. The digital signal processing carried out by the electronics unit ensures outstanding accuracy and stability. The FCX-AIV family of pressure transmitters complies with integrity and safety levels SIL 2 (HFT=0) and SIL 3 (HFT=1) in accordance with IEC 61508 and IEC 61511 standards.
