pressure transmitter diaphragm flushing device
Used when proper operation of the diaphragm seal is likely to be impaired by deposits in the process fluid.
Benefits
Rinsing rings are installed between the diaphragm seal (version with flange or cell) and the process flange using standardized gaskets.
Rinsing rings with mounted valves complement diaphragm seal installations, facilitating maintenance without the need for dismantling. In addition, calibration of the measuring point can be carried out on site using the flush ring with mounted valves and an upstream shut-off valve.

Material | 316L stainless steel |
Sealing face | To EN 1092-1 Form B1 or to ASME B 16.5 RF 125 ... 250 AA |
Rinse port | ½" NPT female (without screw plugs) |
Installation | The rinsing ring is clamped between the process flange and the diaphragm seal using standard sealing elements (please order gaskets separately). |
