Benefits
This analyser is used for the continuous measurement of oxygen concentration in the flue gases of industrial boilers and furnaces to control and optimize combustion. It consists of a measuring probe connected to a signal converter. The probe is connected to a convection tube that is inserted into the flue gases to channel the gases toward the probe for oxygen measurement. The converter (ZKM) is a microprocessor-based signal converter that manages inputs/outputs, digital communication, the display, and control of the system’s operation. The converter features advanced functions such as operational self-diagnostics and probe regeneration, which ensure its long-term stability.
