Benefits
This analyser is used for the continuous measurement of oxygen concentration in the flue gases of industrial boilers and furnaces to control and optimize combustion. It consists of a measurement probe connected to a signal converter. The probe is connected to a convection tube that is inserted into the flue gases to channel the gases toward the probe for oxygen measurement. The converter (ZKM) is a microprocessor-based signal converter that manages the inputs/outputs, digital communication, display, and operational control of the entire system. The converter features advanced functions such as operational self-diagnosis and probe regeneration, which ensure its long-term stability.
