Electro-inductive dust analysis
Fields of application
Waste incineration, power generation, filtration processes, cement, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, wood and steel.
Benefits
Based on proven inductive electrification technology, the ZiDM series has a detection limit of 0.01 mg/m³ and retains its world-renowned reliability and robustness. The various functionalities available mean that the ZiDM series can be used for a wide variety of applications: emission measurement, industrial process control or filtration system monitoring.
This analyser can be installed on processes such as bag filters, cyclones, dryers or other dust recovery systems, to monitor particulate emissions and filter performance.
The ZiDM series is often used for process control in applications where dust levels must not exceed defined limits. The ZiDM series' built-in relays can be used as a dust level alarm signal. The mA output and RS485 interface make this instrument ideal for trend monitoring applications. A typical feature of Fuji Electric dust analysers is their very short response time. It enables early detection of malfunctions in the dust abatement process and prevents costly product loss.
