Automatic Calibration and Cleaning Module for the O2–ZFCS analyser

The ZFCS control cabinet is a system that enables the cleaning of the probe tube via compressed air injection and the automatic calibration of the ZFK8 in-situ zirconia oxygenanalyser . The ZKM controller is integrated into the control cabinet but requires a dedicated control line. It enables continuous measurement of oxygen concentration in the flue gases of industrial boilers and furnaces for combustion control and optimization. Theanalyser consists of a measurement probe (ZFK8) and a controller (ZKM). The probe is connected to a tube that is inserted into the flue to channel the gases toward the probe.
