Specifications

The innovative design of the ExactSteam™ V-Cone® system offers reproducible accuracy of +0.5% of flow with a rangeability of up to 50:1 under the most extreme flow conditions. The ExactSteam™ V-Cone® system acts as its own conditioner. It processes and mixes the flow before measurement. Measurements are always accurate and reliable, even in situations where flow undergoes changes. Thanks to its unique ability to self-condition flow, the ExactSteam™ V-Cone® system greatly reduces the need for long straight lengths upstream and downstream.

As a result, the ExactSteam V-Cone system can be installed in any pipe, at any location, in new or existing installations. This provides installation flexibility and cost savings. What's more, the ExactSteam™ V-Cone® system has a proven track record of long-term performance. No parts to maintain or replace.
