Continuous measurement of the oxygen concentration in flue gases from boilers and industrial furnaces in order to control and optimise the combustion or other process.

Features of the automatic calibration and back-purge module for O₂ analyser

• Integration & additional protection of the ZKM controller
• ZKM functions (see ZKM/ZFK8 datasheet)
• Programmed or remote automatic control of calibration and blowback functions (via ZKM).
• Manual control of calibration and blowback functions (via push-buttons integrated in the box).
• Expansion and adjustment of function gas pressures: compressed air, zero calibration gas, span calibration gas.
• Case with glass front panel for displaying O₂ measurements and status information.
• Option "P": solenoid blowback valve integrated on the ZFK8 probe just downstream of a pressure capability for powerful cleaning. Without option "P", the back-blow solenoid valve is integrated in the ZFCS box, and the pressure capacity is not supplied.

Notes 

• The ZFCS cabinet supply scope does not include the ZKM controller, the ZFK8 probe, probe tube or the connection cables. These items may be purchased separately.
• The ZKM itself should be equipped with the automatic calibration and back-purge options.
