The ZFCS automatic calibration and cleaning unit is a system that cleans the probe tube by injecting compressed air. This unit also includes a module for automatically calibrating the ZFK8 in-situ zirconia oxygenanalyser .
Thegasanalyser r consists of a measuring probe (ZFK8) and a controller (ZKM) (to be ordered separately) integrated into the enclosure.
The oxygenanalyser 's probe is connected to a convection tube inserted into the chimney flue to channel the flue gases.
This system guarantees continuous measurement of oxygen concentration in dusty flue gases from biomass boilers, incinerator furnaces and industrial furnaces in the metallurgy, glass and cement industries.
